Act 1) The setup
Begin the presentation by describing the world in which your customers live. This shows that you have done research work well and you also keep a good knowledge of the customers.

Act 2)  the conflict
This is the act where you can make a deep impact on the audience. Here you have to tell about the obstacles and challenges that your customers need to overcome. Significantly, Steve Jobs had mastered this act. They could convince the people that such a problem is standing in front of them which they had no idea till then. In 2007, for instance, very few people thought they needed a new smartphone like the iPhone until Steve exposed the shortcomings of the then models. In 2010, people did not know that they needed a smartphone, another device among laptops until Steve told them about problems that the iPad could solve.

Act 3) The Resolution
In this last eight you can show how your idea, product or service will solve that problem. The most important thing for you here is to convince your audience that this will make your customer's life better than before.
