Here the company will be able to post internship opportunities online and students will be able to browse trending internships and get information about trending project themes. Credits will also be given to students on the basis of projects. Internships will be of three types, the first being TCS ION Rio 45 with a 45-hour digital internship. The second is TCS ION Rio 125 which will have a 125-hour internship through leaders' guidance and webinars on industry projects and the third is TCS ION Rio 210 where there will be 210 hours of internships on industry projects and courses to prepare for the industry.

According to internship founder and CEO Sarvesh Agarwal, choosing the right internship can be done keeping in mind the 3 point rule.
First, update your resume and add your project to it along with your achievements, previous internships, and training.
Second, make a list of the organizations and profiles you want to work on, then choose the strongest profile based on your skills.
Third, prepare fully for the video interview. Dress up professionally and arrange for strong internet connectivity. Also, check that your microphone and camera are working properly.
