According to a recent Oxfam report, the wealth of SpaceX and Tesla CEO Elon Musk grew by 1016% during the Kovid-19 epidemic.  Now Musk's net worth is $294.2 billion.  This figure of economic achievement is not new to Musk, but each time the progress is added, some such learning is added that sets his achievement apart from others.  Here are some such learnings that can help you succeed too.

Don't be a leader at the behest of someone

Never step up to leadership only when you feel you are ready for it.  Don't try to be a leader just because of someone's advice.  As a leader, you have to face very difficult challenges.  If you are capable of it then proceed in this direction.

New ideas will be found only from books

Ilon, who is fond of books since childhood, believes that we can create new ideas only when we understand the world.  Books help us in developing understanding.  Musk himself is a constant read and credits his progress with the knowledge gained from books.

put all your might in whatever you do

Put all your strength into doing whatever task is assigned to you.  Ilon used to work 120 hours a week while building the Tesla Model 3.  Entrepreneurs around the world, including Elon, believe that hard work can lead to success by accomplishing even the most difficult of goals.

don't be afraid of a failure

Musk suggests to the youth that whatever they do, make sure that your peers and the world benefits from it.  Never be afraid to take risks.  SpaceX's first three launches fail.  Many times Musk was also a victim of financial crisis, but he kept trying and achieved the present position only through those efforts.
