When customers are unhappy, then do not do this work
Sometimes due to your product or service in business, customers are not satisfied with you. In such a delicate time you should act wisely. Know what you should not do when customers are angry with you -
Accuse others
It should not be that you should accuse others of customer displeasure. Since the company is yours, it becomes your responsibility to keep your customers happy.
Rebuke staff
Do not scold your staff in front of the customer. After the customer leaves, talk to your staff in a relaxed manner.
Decide for yourself
After complaining to the customer, do not decide a solution on his own behalf, but ask him what solution he wants. This will make the customer happy.
